Retail & Commercial Acquisition Executive

Job PurposeTo identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable commercial retail spaces that meet specific client requirements related to size, location quality, footfall, budget, and target audience, and to ensure timely closure of commercial leasing transactions.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource commercial retail spaces (150–500 sq. ft.) as per client requirements
• Identify properties with main road visibility, mid-level footfall, and non-overcrowded environments
• Focus on commercial locations near IT parks, office hubs, and premium residential areas
• Shortlist properties with corner advantage / turning points, good frontage, and clean surroundings
• Ensure availability of parking, power supply, water, and easy access
• Conduct market surveys and identify properties within a ₹30,000–₹50,000 rent budget
• Coordinate with commercial property owners, developers, and brokers
• Arrange and manage site visits for clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in finalizing lease agreements
• Prepare proposals, LOIs, and coordinate documentation
• Maintain property listings, MIS reports, and deal pipelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial acquisition targets
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of commercial real estate & retail leasing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to assess location viability, footfall, and target audience fit
• Relationship management with owners, developers, and channel partners
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
