Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products, ongoing offers, sizes, and styles.
- Ensure the store floor, display shelves, and trial rooms are clean and well-organized.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets provided by the store management.
- Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and ensure accurate POS operations.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and report stock shortages.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display setup for new arrivals and promotions.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all store policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Requirements:Education: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in retail clothing or customer service (freshers can apply).
- Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and clothing categories.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Basic computer/POS machine handling skills.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented approach.
