Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
