Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets within the store. The role involves understanding customer needs, maintaining store displays, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding desired products.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Keep updated knowledge of current promotions, offers, and new products.

Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.

Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent; Graduation preferred.

Prior experience in retail sales, showroom, or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, confident, and result-oriented.

Basic computer and billing system knowledge.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
