Job SummaryThe Sales Executive will be responsible for handling showroom walk-ins, telecalling leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed interior projects. The role requires strong follow-up skills, customer engagement, and target-driven performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Make outbound telecalling calls to marketing leads and database contacts
• Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand customer requirements for kitchens, wardrobes, and home interiors
• Explain Bethliving’s steel-based interior advantages and pricing structure
• Schedule site visits and design consultations
• Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
• Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and referral generation
• Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, interior sales, real estate, or telecalling
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
• Confident in handling outbound calls and customer follow-ups
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in home interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, or construction sales
• Exposure to premium or design-oriented products
