• 💼 Position: Sales Person / Sales Associate✨ Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers and provide excellent in-store service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watch brands/models
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and inventory arrangement
• Handle billing and basic customer queries professionally
• Stay updated with product training and new launches
• 🧑‍💼 RequirementsMinimum 1 year of retail sales experience (watch / jewellery / fashion preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Well-groomed and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
• ⏱️ Working Hours (2 Shift Options)Shift 1: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Shift 2: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Overtime: Paid additionally
• 💰 CompensationSalary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 based on experience

• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 (Performance-based)
