🕒 Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day business operations at the store.
• Handle walk-in customers, address queries, and manage bookings.
• Sell company products and services based on customer requirements.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of products and value-added services.
• Perform daily store activities such as telecalling for lead generation, enquiry follow-up, lead closure, and reference generation.
• Conduct in-store promotions and execute seasonal schemes.
• Support promotional activities and maintain related data.
• Manage shipment processes including inspection, booking, AWB generation, cash collection, and backend operations.
• Resolve customer queries through coordination with CS, OPS, Supervisors, and other teams.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
• Maintain daily reports and assist with overall store operations.
• Handle shipment packing activities.
