Job description

Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector, and identifying new business opportunities within the HORECA industry. This role involves extensive interaction with Retail , Theatres, Institutions to promote and sell the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients in the sector and establish new business relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  1. Product Promotion:
  • Promote the companys products and services to Retail , Theatres, Institutions
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
  • Stay updated on new product developments and industry trends.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
  • Track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report on competitive intelligence.


Candidate Profile:

  • 0-3 years of experience in FMCG sales in institutions. (Freshers are welcome to apply) 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.
  • Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from available data.



Experience Needed (Professional):

0-3 years in a similar role or freshers are welcome to apply who are passionate about FMCG
