Key Responsibilities:

·       Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets

·       Handle walk-in and high-value customers professionally

·       Build and maintain strong client relationships

·       Follow up with leads, inquiries, and repeat customers

·       Train and support junior sales staff

·       Maintain product knowledge and explain features/benefits clearly

·       Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

·       Ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

·       Strong communication and sales skills

·       Good customer handling and negotiation skills

·       Product knowledge (can be trained)

·       Leadership ability and confidence

·       Basic computer/reporting skills

Experience:

2–5 years in sales (jewellery/fashion/retail preferred)
