We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage daily store operations, staff, and customer service at our premium ethnic wear showroom.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily punctuality and discipline in store operations
• Manage customers and sales staff politely and professionally
• Handle billing, accounts, and daily sales reporting
• Supervise tailoring orders and pending work
• Maintain store discipline, stock coordination, and workflow
• Ensure excellent customer experience in the showroom
• Coordinate with tailors and staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience in retail store management
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Knowledge of billing, accounts, and store operations
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and responsible
