Set and monitor sales targets for the staff

Monitors and prepares store conversions rate on a daily and monthly level

Prepares reports pertaining to store customer walk-ins, percent of average bill value

Prepares monthly product performance Reports

Responsible for following guidelines as company norms

Provides annually customer service trainings for staff with regular evaluation of customer service in store

Ensure and encourage building customer relationships for higher customer retention

Engage & Communicate with the customers during the customers In-store Journey, advice the customer on prevalent styles & trends of the brands

Assist the customer to select and carry the merchandise during the customers instore journey, engage & create trials and showcase option during trials

Manage store operations

Inventory management for each product category

Handling cash counters
