## Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall Responsibility of the Store.

Ensure Sales Drive & Targets.

Ensure Stocks Management.

Ensure Staff Management.

-Deliver the Excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by Training and mentoring staff

—languages need to speak English Hindi, and Telugu

—A minimum of 2 years Experience working in a retails environment, ideally in a managerial role.

## Preferable:

Candidates with Retail Apparel & Lifestyle sector background
