Job Description – Retail Store Manager (Women’s Ethnic Wear Store)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our women’s ethnic wear retail store. The ideal candidate must be responsible, disciplined, customer-friendly, and capable of taking complete ownership of the store.

Working Hours & Schedule

Timings: 11:30 AM to 09:30 PM

Store Open: All 7 days

Weekly Off: 1 paid off per week

No Leaves: Weekends & festive seasons

Any emergency or personal plans must be informed well in advance

Salary to be paid on 10th of every month.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in a women’s ethnic wear retail store (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Take complete responsibility for the store and its overall operations

Handle billing and POS systems efficiently

Manage Stock In / Stock Out, maintain inventory records, and avoid discrepancies

Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, suppliers for timely stock availability

Keep accounts updated on a daily basis

Provide excellent customer service and contribute to sales growth

Complete Knowledge about Designs, Fabrics, Colors and Patterns.

Plan and execute effective discount sales and promotional activities

Maintain the store’s social media presence when required

Lead the sales team, assign tasks, and conduct training sessions as needed

Ensure a positive and conflict-free work environment

Provide daily reports to the store owner/CEO

Maintain punctuality in arrival and departure

Display responsibility, discipline, and good manners at all times

Conduct & Policies

Attending and Planning Expos.

Co Ordinating with Influencers fir Influencer Marketin of the store.

Co Ordinating with Website Management Team.

Along With Marketing Team Planning Performance Marketing and Make Sure Ads are Running properly for Sales Growth.

Co Ordinating with Accounts Team and performing GST Filing On Time Every Month.

Required Offocial Documents for store should be maintained.

The CEO holds the right to terminate employment in case of misconduct or issues caused by the employee

A 1-month notice period is mandatory if the employee decides to resign.
