Job Description

Manage the store's daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing coaching and training as needed.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition to make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and HR, to implement company policies and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, preferably in the southern region.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees.
