Retail Store Manager

The Retail Laundry Store Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing daily store operations, and ensuring smooth handling of laundry orders. This role focuses on customer interaction, order processing, quality checks, and maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Record customer orders accurately and ensure clear communication of service details.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

2. Order Management

• Tag, sort, and record garments accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with the washing/ironing team to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Conduct quality checks before delivering finished laundry to customers.
• Update order status and ensure timely customer notifications.

3. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and front desk area.
• Keep track of inventory such as detergents, packaging materials, and supplies.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and operate laundry equipment (if required).

4. Cash Handling & Reporting

• Maintain daily sales records and provide end-of-day reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer orders.
• Manage billing, process cash/card/UPI transactions accurately.

5. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Build long-term customer relationships to improve repeat business.
• Promote ongoing offers, membership plans, and value-added services.
• Gather customer feedback for service improvement.
