Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at Megamart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to maximize performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment.
• Handle cash management, billing, and store reporting.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and overall store presentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in Apparel & Retail Store Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with good business understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
