Job Title: Store Manager

Location: [Hyderabad]

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary: As discussed / ₹20,000–₹25,000 (CTC)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly

• Handle and supervise store staff, assign duties & shifts

• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance

• Manage inventory, stock levels & replenishment

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints

• Oversee billing, cash handling & daily sales reports

• Coordinate with vendors and management

• Maintain store cleanliness, displays & visual merchandising

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Knowledge of billing software & basic MS Excel

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Industry:

• Retail / Home Furnishing (preferred)
