Job SummaryWe are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager and Supervisor (Female) to oversee daily operations at Timezone and Play N Learn. The Supervisor will manage teams, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive sales performance.

1. Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead and motivate the team to achieve customer satisfaction & sales targets.
2. Operations Management: Handle daily operations, opening/closing, inventory, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service; resolve customer issues promptly.
4. Sales: Drive sales through product promotion, inventory control, and sales strategies.
5. Reporting & Administration: Maintain records, prepare reports, and complete admin tasks as required.
6. Requirements:Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry
7. Strong communication & leadership skills
8. Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
9. Problem-solving ability & customer service mindset
10. Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills
