Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Sales & Revenue Management

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for two-wheelers and accessories.

Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.

Plan promotional activities, exchange offers, and finance schemes to increase walk-ins and conversions.

Coordinate with finance and insurance partners for quick deal closures.

2.⁠ ⁠Showroom Operations

Ensure proper display of vehicles, price tags, and promotional materials.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards in the showroom.

Handle opening and closing procedures, billing, and documentation.

3.⁠ ⁠Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor vehicle stock, accessories, and spare parts availability.

Coordinate with warehouse and head office for stock replenishment.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain accurate records.

4.⁠ ⁠Team Management

Supervise sales executives, technicians, and support staff.

Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to the team.

Prepare duty rosters and ensure discipline in the workplace.

5.⁠ ⁠Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive showroom experience.

Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat sales and service.

6.⁠ ⁠Documentation & Compliance

Ensure proper billing, registration, insurance, and finance documentation.

Follow company policies, audit requirements, and legal compliance.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
