Job Description Summary

-To deliver competitive and cost effective Rewards practices for a small client group or key rewards process; to provide information or analysis and respond to client inquiries.


Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Deliver competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices for a small client group or process.
  • Provide data/analysis for surveys, benchmarking, and market trends to support decisions.
  • Support implementation of comp/benefits programs, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
  • Analyze market/internal data; interpret results; recommend pay adjustments.
  • Contribute to budgeting/control for personnel costs.
  • Maintain accurate daily Rewards and recognition processes for client needs.
  • Administer benefits programs where applicable. 
  • Participate in country/BU projects, providing subject matter input.
  • Support job evaluation and role analysis as required.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. 
  • Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Key performance indicators:

  • Rewards processes delivered on time with the right level of quality and end user experience 
  • Adherence to Rewards governance and controls
