Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will engage in activities that support service delivery through quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that all operations align with established standards and regulations. You will actively participate in discussions aimed at identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your role will also include monitoring compliance metrics and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs to enhance team knowledge.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance policies and identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex compliance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
