Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will support service delivery through quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to enhance awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that all operations align with established standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, facilitating training sessions, and providing guidance to team members on best practices. Additionally, you will monitor compliance metrics and report findings to senior management, contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance initiatives and risk management strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of compliance policies.
- Monitor compliance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement compliance training programs.
- Experience in conducting audits and compliance reviews.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
