We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative with expertise in selling Astral Pipes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, closing sales, managing client relationships, and providing accurate estimates.


Responsibilities:-


A. General Roles and Responsivities


  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pipes segment.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Conducting product presentations and demos to potential clients
  • Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to improve sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports
  • Representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and promotional activities
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Learning and Promoting company products such as pipes, AC’s and electrical products
  • Lead generation: On India Mart, Company website and other online platforms etc
  • Ensuring timely payment from customer and prompt delivery of material to customer
  • Field visits as and when needed


B. Product Knowledge:-Stay updated with product specifications and features to effectively communicate technical details to clients.

  • Provide demonstrations, product presentations, and respond to customer inquiries about products.
  • Learn and understand


C.      Estimation and Sales Order Creation:- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations based on client requirements.

  • Assist in negotiating pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
  • Generate and manage sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

.

D.     CRM & MIS Reporting:-Maintain and update the CRM system regularly, ensuring all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progressions are documented.

  • Track leads, opportunities, and customer follow-ups through CRM.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Generating various MIS reports as and when required by management.
