Company Overview
Planet Green Infra is a leading real estate and agricultural development company specializing in premium plotted developments and farm projects. We are currently developing two flagship projects: Dates County (premium plotted development) and Farm Natura (sustainable farm plots), both designed to offer excellent investment opportunities and lifestyle experiences.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Head/Manager to lead our sales operations for Dates County and Farm Natura projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both Dates County and Farm Natura projects
• Drive revenue generation through effective lead management, conversion, and closure
• Establish and monitor sales KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and qualification
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in alignment with market trends
• Manage channel partner relationships and explore new distribution channels
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for management
• Ensure CRM system is effectively utilized for lead tracking and sales management
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in real estate sector.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-10 years of proven sales experience in real estate, with at least 2-3 years in leadership role
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of real estate sales processes, documentation, and regulations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in plotted development and farm land projects
• Established network of HNI clients and channel partners
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and compliance
• Experience with digital lead management and online sales processes

• Location: Project sites Gowlidoddy. Hyderabad
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Attractive salary package with lucrative performance-based incentives and commissions
