Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote products or services.
• Advise customers on product features, pricing, and after-sales service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new products.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams for lead generation and client follow-up.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
