Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Industry Preference: Credit Cards / Insurance / Real Estate Sales

Job OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives with at least 1 year of experience in credit card, insurance, or real estate sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, field visits, and digital platforms.
• Promote and sell financial or real estate products to potential customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to clients.
• Maintain daily reports and update customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in sales (Credit Card / Insurance / Real Estate preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
• Graduation is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
