Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead category-wise marketing and product positioning initiatives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Plan and execute digital, trade, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Innovation teams.
Support business development through presentations and proposals.

Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Ensure consistent brand communication across channels.
Lead participation in expos, trade fairs, and industry events.
Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
