Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a driven and street-smart Sales Executive to grow our ice cream business through B2B channels. The role involves acquiring and managing distributors, restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, and other institutional clients. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, increasing secondary sales, and building long-term trade relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint and manage distributors and wholesalers in assigned territories
• Sell ice cream products to restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, caterers, and bulk buyers
• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into active customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & value)
• Ensure proper product placement, freezer usage (if applicable), and visibility at outlets
• Coordinate with distributors to improve secondary sales and outlet coverage
• Collect orders, follow up on payments, and maintain healthy credit cycles
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and market trends
• Work closely with factory, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth supply
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and route plans
• 1–4 years experience in FMCG / Ice Cream / Frozen foods / Dairy sales (preferred)
• Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of distributor networks and trade sales
• Ability to work in the field and handle pressure targets
• Basic reporting and communication skills
• Two-wheeler mandatory (local travel required)
