PEAK PROPERTIES IS PROPERTY CONSULTANCY LOCATED IN MANIKONDA NEAR GACHIBOWLI.LOOKING FOR TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVES ( BOTH MALE & FEMALE) ..WHO IS HAVING EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE IS MORE ADVANTAGE TO THIS PROFILE.Must focus on sales results during a set scheduled earnings period for the company, Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers from the office.  Assist clients in assessing options for making sure that they receive the best rates terms and addressing their queries.  Meet with clients to assess their property needs in our office. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.  Generate lists of properties that meet the buyer’s needs financial resources.  Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers.  Advertise sales of properties using various mediums like open houses, multiple listing services, digital platforms and also networking. Create documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds leases. Maintain client data base In Google sheets along with their comments and requirements. Deal with good communication and sales capability skills, target orientation and tactfulness. Deal with good presentation and negotiation skills.
