Job Description
- Pick items from racks based on the order sheet/barcode scan.
- Ensure correct quantity, size, and product type is picked.
- Pack items safely as per category (fragile, food, grocery, etc.).
- Label and seal packages properly before dispatch or storage.
- Maintain product quality checks (expiry, damage, leakage).
- Support unloading and loading of goods if required.
- Use hand-held scanners/stock app for picking and inventory update.
- Follow store SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping norms.
- Coordinate with store/warehouse supervisor for order status.
Education 10th Pass is also okay
