The product portfolio includes a wide range of General & Architectural Lighting, Ready-to-Plug Smart Home Products, and Customised IoT Solutions for residential and commercial use cases.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience(for associate level), with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in lighting and smart home/ home automation for a Senior sales associate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding and experience in lighting/ smart home/ home automation are added advantages.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for and do customer meetings.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an added advantage.


Responsibilities


  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate and address customer inquiries.
  3. Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  4. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using our CRM system.
