As a Sales Associate in the LCV Sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our bank's financial products and services to potential customers in the light commercial vehicle industry. Your primary goal will be to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Prospect and qualify potential customers in the LCV industry.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
• Present and demonstrate our bank's financial products and services to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of light commercial vehicles and the industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
