💰 Compensation: ₹2.5 – ₹4.2 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance

🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Healthcare / Homecare / Elder Care segment. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.

✅ Key Requirements

·        2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

·        Prior experience in Healthcare, Homecare, or Elder Care industry preferred

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·        Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations/clients 

🎓 Qualifications : Graduate / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred) 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

·         Drive revenue growth by generating leads and closing sales

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and corporate clients

·        Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

·        Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations

·        Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities

·        Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction & retention

·        Track sales performance and achieving monthly/quarterly targets

·        Provide market insights and competitor analysis
