Sales Co-ordinator

Role Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will act as a key link between customers and the ground sales team. The role focuses on coordination, follow-ups, and support activities to help generate and close sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Support the ground sales force by sharing leads, customer requirements, and updates
• Prepare and track quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely order confirmation and payment
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
