Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the team with daily sales operations and coordination
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales reports
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, delivery status, and documentation
Track sales orders from confirmation to dispatch and installation (if applicable)
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Monitor payment follow-ups and support collections team
Update CRM systems and Excel sales trackers
Handling calls inbound /outbound
