Sales Co Ordinator/supervisors

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator / Supervisor to support the sales team, ensure smooth operations, and help achieve sales targets. The candidate will coordinate between customers and internal teams while maintaining strong follow-up and reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities and target tracking
• Handle customer inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS data
• Support in lead management and conversion tracking
• Ensure timely communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Monitor team performance and assist in achieving sales targets
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• Problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualification: Any Graduate
