Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant who can effectively convert in-house leads into site visits and successful closures. The primary responsibility of this role is to bring prospective clients to our office/site and drive deal conversions through professional follow-ups and negotiations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage in-house generated leads efficiently.
  • Contact prospective customers and schedule office visits / site visits (First Priority).
  • Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and unique selling points clearly.
  • Build strong rapport with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Conduct professional follow-ups and nurture leads toward closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper CRM updates and sales reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients post-booking.


Primary KPI (Performance Indicator)

  1. Lead-to-Office Visit Conversion
  2. Site Visit-to-Booking Conversion
  3. Monthly Sales Closures


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Real Estate / Construction Sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Presentable personality with professional behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.



Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in residential villa / independent house sales is an added advantage.
  • Local market knowledge is preferred.
  • Two-wheeler / own transport preferred.
