Sales Coordination/Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer / Sales Manager to lead sales training initiatives and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for training the sales team, improving performance, developing strategies, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct sales training sessions for new and existing employees 🎯
• Develop training materials, presentations, and sales scripts
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching & feedback
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue 📈
• Handle client interactions and support key sales closures
• Identify skill gaps and arrange refresher training programs
• Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding and training schedules
• Motivate the team to achieve targets and improve productivity 💼
