Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Office-Based)

Company: Kelysports – Sports Infrastructure Company


Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Coordinator to handle lead calling, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination activities. This is a pure calling and coordination role (no field visits).


Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Follow-Up

Call new leads generated from JustDial, IndiaMART, and other sources


Follow up with old/general leads regularly

Identify genuine and serious prospects

Maintain regular touch with potential customers


Sales Coordination

Schedule site visits with Sports Infrastructure Consultants

Coordinate between client and consultant

Ensure smooth communication until site visit completion

Follow up on quotations and client decisions


Data Management

Maintain and update Google Sheets/CRM daily

Update lead status (New / General / Silver / Golden)

Record call remarks and follow-up dates

Submit daily work report


 Business Support

Reconnect with inactive leads

Assist in closing deals through consistent follow-ups

Maintain professional communication with clients


Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

Confident speaker (must not hesitate on calls)

Comfortable handling customer objections

Good follow-up discipline

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

Immediate joining preferred

Office-based role (not work-from-home)
