Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Cum Designer (SCD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both driving sales and providing expert design consultations to our clients. As an SCD, you will engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand their needs, present design solutions, and work closely with design teams to deliver exceptional results. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Engagement
  • Engage with both inbound and outbound leads, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized design solutions.
  • Present design concepts, quotations, and clearly explain the process to potential clients.
  • Conduct factory and site visits to showcase work quality and build client trust and confidence.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and finalize project requirements with clients.
  • Design Consultation & Support
  • Collaborate closely with clients to recommend suitable interior design solutions based on their needs and preferences.
  • Work with the design team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Address client concerns regarding materials, project timelines, and budgeting to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Finalization & Project Handover
  • Secure a 10% booking amount from clients who have finalized their projects.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions with the design team to ensure a smooth transition of project details.
  • Perform final site measurements to confirm design feasibility before project execution.

Success Metrics:

  • Achievement of sales targets and client engagement goals.
  • Successful project handovers with minimal revisions.
  • High client satisfaction and positive feedback regarding both design solutions and sales process.
  • Timely execution of the design process from consultation to project handover.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and interior design, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts and materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
