Job Overview


We are seeking a Field Sales Executive (Male) to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


Identify potential clients and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Address customer queries and resolve issues to enhance client experience.

Target Achievement & Reporting


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.

Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Fieldwork & Market Expansion


Conduct site visits, on-field meetings, and product demonstrations.

Expand the company’s reach by exploring new locations and untapped markets.

Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.

Requirements


Education:


Any Degree- B. Com, B.B.A, M.B.A or (B Tech Mech & Electrical Preferred).

Experience:


FRESHER - OR ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE


Skills & Competencies:


Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in the field.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Languages Required:


Hindi, Telugu, and English – All three languages are compulsory.

Additional Requirements:


A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is required.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
