Job Description

As a Sales Engineer (Test & Measurement), you will be responsible for promoting and selling test and measurement instruments to industrial clients. Your role will blend technical expertise with sales acumen, allowing you to offer tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. 

You will work closely with both customers and the technical team to ensure the proper application and deployment of our products, ensuring both sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads that get converted into sales in industries that require test and measurement instruments (e.g., Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electronics, Automotive, Energy, Infrastructure, Solar, Steel, Pharma and Cements etc.)

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of the equipment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring regular repeat business and satisfaction.

Offer training and post-sales support to ensure optimal performance of the instruments and satisfaction of the customer.

Build strong professional relationships with clients to be able to pitch new business, cross sell products and services and generate repeat business when the client requires our products and professional services. 

Have the ability to identify and connect with key decision makers at various industries to generate business for our Test and Measurement instruments as well as calibration services. 

Visit industries and meet with key personnel responsible for making decisions regarding Test and Measurement instruments and Convert them into paying clients.

Conduct marketing activities like seminars, road shows and exhibitions

Conduct Partner training programs

Update the management of the funnel on a daily basis 

Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
