Job SummaryThe Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling industrial, commercial, and specialized vacuum cleaner systems by understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • 🔹 Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, and institutional segments.
  • Promote vacuum cleaner products such as industrial vacuum cleaners, central vacuum systems, dust collectors, and cleaning solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence.


  • 🔹 Technical & Product Support
  • Understand customer applications and recommend suitable vacuum cleaner models and configurations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations.
  • Support customers with technical clarifications, specifications, and drawings.


  • 🔹 Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, dealers, consultants, and OEMs.

  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and negotiations until order closure.
  • Coordinate with service team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.


  • 🔹 Quotation & Order Management
  • Prepare and submit quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tenders.
  • Ensure orders are received as per approved price, delivery schedule, and terms.
  • Coordinate with sales coordinator, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.


  • 🔹 Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Share market intelligence to improve products and pricing strategies.


  • Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of vacuum cleaners / industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
