Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Matrimony Services team. The role involves calling prospective and existing customers, explaining matrimony packages, converting leads into paid memberships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
• Explain matrimony services, membership plans, and offers clearly
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages
• Follow up with interested clients and close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
• Good communication and persuasion skills (local language + basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)

• Experience in matrimony, insurance, real estate, or service sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
