Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for loan products. This role is completely non-target based. The primary responsibility is to handle customer inquiries, explain loan products clearly, and coordinate with the internal team for processing.

This position is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and are looking for stable work with attractive incentive earnings without pressure of targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls related to loan inquiries
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
• Understand customer requirements and collect basic details
• Coordinate with the backend team for documentation and follow-ups
• Maintain basic call and lead records
• Provide professional and courteous customer support
• Eligibility & RequirementsGood communication skills in local language and basic English
• Basic understanding of sales or customer handling (experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers are welcome
