Job Description

Functional Responsibilities :


• Conduct field visits to communities, institutions, and project locations to support GPAC’s programs in governance, health, education, livelihoods, women/youth development, and social research.

• Coordinate grassroots awareness drives, beneficiary meetings, workshops, and youth/community engagement activities.

• Collect on-ground data through surveys, interviews, observations, and digital tools; ensure accuracy and timely submission.

• Support field studies on local governance, public services, inclusion, elections, and development programs.

• Maintain regular communication with field stakeholders, beneficiaries, community leaders, and institutional partners.

• Assist in program logistics—venue coordination, attendance management, documentation, and outreach mobilization.

• Escalate field issues, operational challenges, and community grievances to the central team for timely resolution.

• Prepare field reports, daily logs, photo documentation, and MIS updates.

• Ensure GPAC’s values of transparency, inclusion, and civic responsibility are upheld during field engagements.


Required Knowledge & Experience :


• 2–5 years of experience in fieldwork, community engagement, social projects, NGO operations, or grassroots coordination.

• Understanding of public services, welfare schemes, governance systems, or community structures preferred.

• Experience conducting field surveys, mobilization, interviews, or group facilitation.

• Ability to work with diverse communities across rural, semi-urban, and urban settings.

• Familiarity with data collection tools (mobile apps, online forms, spreadsheets).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages (Telugu preferred).
