Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable real estate options, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales record, and a deep understanding of local market trends.  

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.  

- Present properties to prospective buyers and highlight key features and investment value.  

- Coordinate property viewings and negotiate sale terms to achieve company targets.  

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.  

- Build and maintain a robust client database for future opportunities.  

- Stay updated on local property laws, market conditions, and competitive projects.  

- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth handling of documentation and payments.  

- Prepare and present weekly sales reports to management.  

Qualifications and Skills  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related (preferred).  

- Minimum 0–1 year of experience in direct sales.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  

- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.  

- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
