Sales Executive

Texo Prefab World is one of India's top prefab modular construction companies based in Hyderabad. We build luxury modular homes, A-Frame cabins, container homes, site offices and prefab structures — delivered Pan India.

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives who can talk to customers, follow up on leads, and close deals.

This is a high-incentive role. If you sell, you earn big.

What You Will Do

• Call and follow up with leads received from all marketing channels, walk-ins, and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and explain Texo's products clearly
• Bring customers to our Experience Centre for site visits
• Prepare and share quotations with the help of the sales team
• Maintain daily follow-up records and update the CRM / lead tracker
• Meet monthly sales targets and earn performance incentives
• Coordinate with the design and production team for customer queries
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required

Who We Are Looking For

• Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi — English is a plus
• Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality
• Comfortable making 50-100 calls per day and following up consistently
• Basic smartphone skills — WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, email
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, building materials, interior design, or any product sales preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication and hunger to earn through incentives are also welcome
