Sales Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into confirmed interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and the ability to close deals with clarity and professionalism.

This role is revenue-focused and requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from first consultation to project booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through digital marketing

• Conduct client meetings (office/site/virtual) to understand requirements

• Present design concepts, proposals, and pricing clearly

• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline

• Negotiate pricing while maintaining company margins

• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets

• Coordinate with design & execution teams post booking

• Maintain proper CRM updates and daily reporting

Required Skills

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Confident in client presentations

• Basic understanding of interiors / home renovation process

• Ability to handle objections professionally

• Target-driven mindset

• Good follow-up discipline

• Comfortable with CRM tools & WhatsApp communication

Experience Required

• Minimum 2-5 years in sales
