Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our new clothing store, Buttons & Threads. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & SalesGreet customers warmly and understand their clothing needs

• Assist customers with product selection, sizes, fits, and styling suggestions
• Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals, and seasonal collections
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average bill value

2. Store Operations:

• Ensure correct folding, hanging, and placement of garments
• Monitor trial rooms and assist customers when needed
• Replenish stock on the floor from the inventory room

3. Product Knowledge:

• Understand basic fashion trends relevant to the store’s collection
• Explain care instructions and garment features to customers

4. Billing Support:

• Handle basic billing inquiries, exchanges, and returns as per store policy

5. Inventory & Loss Prevention:

• Report damaged, missing, or mismatched items immediately
• Help prevent shoplifting and ensure merchandise safety

6. Store Policies & TeamworkFollow:

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior

Key Skills & Requirements: Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)

• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of clothing/fashion is a plus
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Freshers with interest in fashion and sales are welcome
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or apparel sales (preferred but not mandatory)
